All appointments will take place online utilizing telehealth, a secure HIPPA compliant server. You will only need internet access to use this platform, no additional downloads. Phone calls may be utilized if necessary.

I am in the process of paneling with Blue Cross Blue Shield [BCBS] for clients with Substance Use Diagnosis (any past or present use, treatment, or recovery). This means if you have BCBS, you would be responsible for your deductible only. If you are unsure, you can contact me for clarification.

For mental health diagnosis I am private pay only. My fees are explained below:

Individual Therapy (50-minutes) ~ $100 

I am private pay only and am not in-network with any insurance companies at this time. I am able and happy to provide super bills for persons who have out-of-network benefits that cover “telehealth”. Clients are responsible for contacting insurance providers (use the number on the back of your insurance card) to inquire about potential out-of-network benefits.

Additionally, I have 2 heavily discounted sliding scale spots for historically marginalized persons. BIPOC, queer, transgender, disabled, and persons with addiction will be prioritized. Persons with chronic illness that affects ability to work also qualify. These sliding scale spots are $30- $60 per 50 minute session.  

I accept all major credit cards. Payment will be made through a secure client portal. A card will be kept on file for payment, as well as in the case of a missed appointment.
